And I’m looking forward to hearing about it later:

In a keynote speech outlining how he plans to pull Britain out of recession, the Conservative leader will tell delegates at his party’s Spring conference in Cheltenham on Sunday that he will usher in a “complete change of direction” if he wins a general election next year.

Mr Cameron will say he is ready to rule and to take Britain through the “storm” of the economic downturn by changing the way the country is governed. “I’m not just talking about changing one group of ministers for another.

Or one set of policies, plans and proposals for another. I’m talking about a whole new, never-been-done-before approach to the way this country is run. Why? Because the world has completely changed.”
