A photo failed to convey the Disney-like scene in our garden: half a dozen each of squirrels and wood pigeons; red kites overhead; a pair of male robins (fighting); a jay; magpies; a squadron of jackdaws; a pair of blackbirds; some kind of large crow watching from a tree; and countless tits, which was nice.

We still lack hedgehogs, badgers, foxes and deer, but who knows?
