Today, I was introduced at a Wycombe Probus lunch as one of the top ten rebels of the new intake, to a rousing cheer. And by an apolitical audience too.
I went on to explain the truth as I see it in relation to the nature of society, the growth of the state, tax, debt and debasement. That too was well-received.
Whatever the political class may think, people can handle the world as it is.
I was inspired to meet so many people full of character, moral courage and good cheer. And it’s not every day you meet an ex-Spitfire pilot!
It was a great day: Wycombe is a huge privilege to represent in Parliament.
