What I have been up to this week #Working4Wycombe:
- Created extra capacity for more work for Wycombe and on national issues by stepping back from the Treasury Select Committee and 1922 Executive
- Met with SV2G to discuss local Caribbean issues
- Visited the Barn Cafe at Turville Heath in #Wycombe to highlight a #HiddenGem
- Attended the Citizen’s Advice Bucks Garden Party, to celebrate their merger across the County better to support people in #Wycombe and Bucks
- Met with the Secretary of State for BEIS to advance local business
- Spoke in debate about our great vaccine rollout, warning about Autumn issues
- Met with Bucks Council & MPs to discuss local & county issues
- Wished British Muslims celebrating in #Wycombe and across the UK a joyous and blessed Eid al-Adha
- Spoke on talkRADIO about the impact of the ‘pingdemic’ and called on the Government to turn off test & trace
- Continued to oppose vaccine passports
- Interviewed by the Faith in Politics podcast
- And as ever, pursued a range of issues, and made ministerial representation, for local individuals and businesses in Wycombe
